يجب عليك عمل طلب استرجاع أولاً ثم القيام بعملية شراء جديدة.

كيفية استرداد الأموال:
سيتم فحص المرتجعات أولاً، ثم تحويل مبلغ المرتجع إلى حسابك البنكي خلال 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام المرتجع

RETURNS
If you wish to exchange the same product for a different size, You can exchange the product from the nearest branch of our branches, provided that it is of the same value or more, and you must bring the invoice and meet the return conditions for the product to be accepted.
