Can I track my order?

1- Log in to your account on our website (you will need to enter your email and a verification code will be sent to your email).
2- You will see the "Orders" page, click on the order.
3- You will see information about the order status. When the order is shipped, you will see the tracking number in blue, copy the number and click on it to go to the shipping company's website and get all the details related to the order location. If you cannot find information about your order, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp at: +966 50 551 5201.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We at SAMENA strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time for your order is between 2 to 5 business days.

Why was my order canceled / a product from my order canceled?

We will not be able to complete your order if any of the following occurs:
1- The product is not available from the supplier.
2- Payment processing is pending. (This usually doesn't happen, however, some transactions may be held by the payment system if there is any issue).
Not providing us with identification or order confirmation: We will not be able to complete your order if we attempt to contact you for your identification and order confirmation and do not receive a response.
Please note - when we are unable to complete an order, it will be automatically canceled. You will receive an email to notify you of this.
We always ensure that everything in your order is in excellent condition by our team before sending it to you. However, sometimes, the product or size you purchased may be the last piece available in our warehouses, and during the regular quality check, if it does not meet the required standard that we want you to have, it will be canceled. You can return your products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. Please note that there will be a deduction of 18 SAR as a return shipping fees.
