SAMENA Return Policy
At SAMENA, we understand that sometimes you may want to return items you've purchased from our online store. Here's some information about our return process:
Please note that you must return your products within 7 days of receiving the order. A return shipping fee of 18 SAR will be deducted.
For returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders paid for using the Tamara app, please note that a 5.25% fee and tabby app 2% fee will be deducted from the total value of the return, exchange difference, or cancellation.
In case of cash on delivery, an additional non-refundable amount of 10 SAR will be paid.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in saleable condition, and accompanied by the original price tag and all accessories. The original invoice must also be provided.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Underwear or jewelry.
- Personal care items and perfumes.
- Bedding, bathroom products, children's products, pillows, towels and shower products .
Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange the same product for a different size, you can do so at your nearest SAMENA branch. Please bring the invoice and ensure that the return conditions are met for the product to be accepted. If you wish to exchange via our online store, you must first submit a return request and then place a new order.

Refund Process: Returns will be inspected first, and then the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of receiving the return. For returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders paid for using the Tamara app. Please note that a 5.25% fee will be deducted from the total value of the return, exchange difference, or cancellation.
