SAMENA Return Policy

At SAMENA, we understand that sometimes you may want to return items you've purchased from our online store. Here's some information about our return process:

Please note that you must return your products within 7 days of receiving the order. A return shipping fee of 18 SAR will be deducted.

For returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders paid for using the Tamara app, please note that a 5.25% fee and tabby app 2% fee will be deducted from the total value of the return, exchange difference, or cancellation.

In case of cash on delivery, an additional non-refundable amount of 10 SAR will be paid.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in saleable condition, and accompanied by the original price tag and all accessories. The original invoice must also be provided.

The following items cannot be returned:

1. Underwear or Swimwear  .
2. Personal care items and perfumes.
3. Bedding, bathroom products, children's products, pillows, towels and shower products .
   4. jewelry

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so at [the nearest branch to you]. The replacement item must be of the same value or higher. Please bring the original invoice, and the product must meet our return conditions for the exchange to be accepted. Once an exchange has been completed at a branch, the product cannot be returned or refunded; however, it may be exchanged again at a branch in accordance with our exchange policy. If you wish to exchange the product through our online store, you must first submit a return request and then place a new order.

Refund Process: Returns will be inspected first, and then the refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 14 business days of receiving the return. For returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders paid for using the Tamara app. Please note that a 5.25% fee will be deducted from the total value of the return, exchange difference, or cancellation.

Optional: Samena Stores provide Store Credit as optional payment method can be used at checkout time. You can credit the store credit at return or cancel order incase it is already marked as paid.
