Delivery Charges

Your delivery charges will be calculated based on the products you order. These charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

In case of cash on delivery, an additional non-refundable amount of 10 SAR will be paid.

Delivery Schedule

Your delivery schedule is determined by the product and the order placement time. To track the status of your order, visit the Orders section under My Account or click on the order number in your Order Confirmation email. Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 working days.

Missed Delivery

If you miss a delivery, our delivery partner will contact you to reschedule. For further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support team at +966505515201, and we will arrange a more convenient delivery date and time for you.

Order Pickup

We do not offer direct pickups from our warehouse. However, you have the option to pick up your order from our delivery partner's office. Simply instruct them to hold your order at their office when they contact you before delivery.
