Return Procedure:
Please ensure that you return your products in their original packaging. Double-check that you've included the original invoice, all accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards that accompanied your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DELIVERY:
- Delivery typically takes 3 to 6 working days.
- At Seasonal offers, Delivery might takes up to 7 working days.
- Your delivery schedule is determined by the product and the order placement time.

- Free Shipping for orders above 200 SAR
- In case of cash on delivery, an additional non-refundable amount of 10 SAR will be paid.
RETURNS:
If you wish to exchange the same product for a different size, You can exchange the product from the nearest branch of our branches, provided that it is of the same value or more, and you must bring the invoice and meet the return conditions for the product to be accepted. However, if you wish to exchange it through our online store, you must first submit a return request and then make a new purchase.
